What is Jo’s real name?
Jo. Seriously it is!
Where does Jo find all these fabulous fabric?
Most of the fabrics are sourced from Spotlight.
What does “Available on back-order” mean?
Am I needing to wait for it to come in from a supplier?
No you don’t need to wait for a supplier.
It does mean that we don’t have that size pre-made and ready to ship to you immediately.
We have the material in stock and can make your size.
This can add a 1-3 day delay to your order.
Your order needs to be made, yet it will ship within the week.
I am normally a size “XX”, what size should I order?
Jo uses what we like to refer to as ‘feel good sizing’.
Each scrubtop is generous in it’s sizing.
If you’re normally say a size 14, you may find you are a size 12 in a Scrubtop by Jo.
As a general rule most people will be one size smaller than you are normally.
There is a sizing chart attached to every scrubtop product when ordering. You can always refer to the size chart and use the measurements to order the correct size.

Custom Sizing / I’m size “XX” but need…
We get it, we’re all fabulously unique individuals with unique personalities and attributes. Your size is no different!
We weren’t made in a cookie cutter, so your sizing won’t be stamped out.
Each scrubtop is generous in it’s sizing. If you generally need an extra centimetre here or there – Jo will have you covered.

What if I have my own material? Do you do custom orders?
Short answer: Yes!
If you have a fabric you would love to have made into a scrubtop feel free to contact us. Let’s make this happen!
We are more than happy to turn that fabulous fabric into your unique scrubtop!
You don’t have the scrubtop I want in my size. What can I do?
If it’s marked ‘available on back-order’ – we have the material and can make it for you.
If this option isn’t available, then contact us.
It generally means we are out of the material.
We will attempt to source the material for you.
If you can source it yourself, you can also arrange to have it sent to us to make.
If neither of those options are available, Jo will suggest a similar design to the one you initially chose.
What size can you make up to?
We can make scrubtops up to 7XL.
The website caters up to size 18.
If you require a size above this, use the Custom size and add a note with your measurements.
Jo will be in touch to confirm details with you and then will make your order.
If you have an account and have ordered with us before we can use the same measurements. Just mention that in the note instead.
Do you make male scrubtops?
Yes, we can make scrubtops for men.
Feel free to select a scrubtop design, and send a note with your order with your measurements.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be sent the next business day from the day of order if one is in stock.
If the order is available on back-order the material is on hand. Jo will need to make it in your size. This adds 1-3 days depending on demand. You will be notified via Email when it ships.
There are two options for delivery:
Standard – This ships via Australia Post satchels. Normal delivery times apply.
Express – This ships via Australia Post Express Post.
All deliveries are shipped from Metropolitan Melbourne.

Do you provide order tracking?
You will be contacted when your order ships to let you know it is out for delivery.
Standard shipping does not include order tracking.
If you want order tracking, select ExpressPost. You will be provided with a tracking number once the order ships.
I want to pickup my order. Where do I get this?
We are located in Melbourne Metro.
This may be a reasonable option for those that reside in Melbourne.
If you wish to utilise this feature follow the below guide:
- Place your order and mark it for pickup
- Your order will be prepared for pickup and you will be contacted directly with the pickup location.
- We can then arrange a suitable time for you to collect your order.
I want a refund or return. What do I do?
Whilst we hope every customer has a positive experience every time, we also understand that may not always occur.
We have a process to make this as painless as possible.

Do you make scrub pants?
Yes, we can make scrub pants!
Whist the majority of our customers are looking for scrubtops we can make scrub pants.
You will find we have full scrubs with matching scrub pants available as well as block colour scrubs pants that you can mix-n-match with multiple scrubtops to create a unique outfit.
If you have a special request – then contact us, we’re happy to make your scrub pants that meet your need.
Are the bags really made by Jo?
Yes all the bags are all made by Jo!
They are marketed as “Swagga by Jo”.
She uses recycled fabrics, including recycled jeans that bring a lovely feature to her bags.
Many of the bag fabrics also feature in her scrubtops so you can find a matching bag!
The bags are all fully lined with pockets and zippers.
They are all unique, no two bags will be alike. No one else will have a Swagga by Jo bag like yours!
Do you have a mobile app I can use?
To keep prices down and overheads low we don’t have an app.
Having said that, you can create an “app” on your phone.
This “app” takes you straight to Scrubtops by Jo.
It takes about 30 seconds and you only need to do it once.
We have instructions for iPhone/iPad as well as Android.
